- Time Frame for Cancellations: For service-based purchases, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service delivery.
- Non-Cancellable Services/Products: Certain products/services may be non-cancellable once booked or delivered. These will be clearly specified on the product/service page or invoice.
2. REFUND POLICY:
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are processed only for products/services that are eligible under the terms specified. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your refund request within the specified timelines related to the purchase of respective product/service delivery by emailing to globalsupport@chiragkansal.com
- Refund Process: Upon receiving your request, we will review your eligibility for a refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that Razorpay processing times may vary.
- Non-Refundable Items/Services: Certain customized services, special services, or digital products are non-refundable. If any such exception applies, it will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
3. PARTIAL REFUNDS (If Applicable):
If only part of a service/product is found unsatisfactory, we may offer a partial refund depending on the situation. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to the customer accordingly.
4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If Applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
